Field Agent by apmasphere is a mobile application dedicated to property management inspections. Its functionality guides property managers through four distinct inspection types, accommodating varying levels of detail and procedural requirements.

For routine inspections, the app offers a 'Quick Routine' option suitable for room-by-room assessments, as well as a more comprehensive 'Detailed Routine' for extensive evaluations. Additionally, it provides an 'Ingoing and Outgoing Inspection' feature to facilitate the complete tenancy cycle. These report templates adhere to standards applicable in Australia, New Zealand, and the UK, with an editable template available for adaptation to other jurisdictions.

During inspections, managers are prompted to add comments and capture photographs of each room and feature within the property. Once completed, reports can be delivered directly via email from an iPhone to clients or office systems, streamlining communication processes.

A notable feature is the ‘overlay’ function, which displays images from previous inspections. This allows property managers to use past photos as overlays, enabling repeated captures of the same view for consistent condition tracking over time—a valuable tool for tenancy management.

Routine inspection reports are provided free of charge. In contrast, Ingoing and Outgoing inspections require a cost of one credit per report, which can be purchased through the app using an iTunes account.
